Abstract

The authors, coordinated by prof. Marinella Pigozzi, focus on the Bolognese Francesco Cavazzoni, devout painter and writer. Analysing some of his paintings, they place him in the coeval cultural milieu; moreover, they highlight the modernity of some of his subjects.
